What is your screening process?
We do a standard credit check, income verification, and check criminal and rental history. Income verification is checked by Payscore.
What are the application fees?
$79 application fee per person(over 18yrs), $239 administration fee ( non refundable), deposit starts at $500 but it is dependent on screening. One month's rent is due upon approval to hold the apartment.
What are your fees and monthly charges?
The monthly recurring fees are $32.25. Water, Sewer, Electricity, and Gas is billed after 1-2 months of residency.
Are there any breed restrictions?
No. We have no breed restrictions. Book a tour today to check out our private, wooded dog park. Your furry friends will love it here.
How much are pet fees?
Our pet fees are dependent on the pets weight:
0-25lbs $250 fee/ $250 deposit
26-50lbs $375 pet fee/ $375 deposit
50+lbs $500 fee/ $500 deposit
There are no breed or weight restrictions!
How does parking work?
All residents have one reserved parking space. Up to 2 vehicles are allowed per apartment. Visitors must check in every 24 hours. There is a $5 charge/day for visitors after 3 consecutive check-ins.
Are there any community events or activities organized for residents?
Yes! We host a variety of resident events at the community, throughout the year.
How are maintenance request handled?
You may enter a maintenance request through your resident portal or send an email to our office. We have emergency maintenance on call 24 hours.
When is my rent payment due?
Rent payments are due on the 1st of every month.
How far in advance do I need to give notice should I be required to relocate?
We require a written 60-day notice.
